 1.How can I check order status on the  TRENDYTAO.COM?

You should sign in first with the correct user name and pass word that is the same you use when you made the order. Get into your user center,then click the button of "My order", and then you can see your order status.
 
2.How long for Processing Time?
TRENTYTAO takes 1-2 days to process your order normally,Most of drop ship orders will be shipped out within 24 hours.
 
3.What if i am making Bulk Order?
Regarding a Large / Bulk Order, you can place the order directly from www.trendytao.com according to order process,and follow guidance of the order placing process.Then contact our Customer Service,we will offer you the personal Discount of some special service.
 
4.How to change the order information?
Then order can't be changed by yourself once it was made,Please contact Customer Service,we will change them for you.For Paid order,may be can't be changed (the size, the color,the style) or deleted any products.so please be more careful when you making the order in avoid of placing wrong items,size or color.
 
5.How can i know my order have been shipped out or not?
Our system will email you automatically when your order was shipped out.Please pay attention to your mailbox.
 
6.What could cause an invalid tracking number?
TRENDYTAO will update tracking number in time for every Shipped order.Some tracking number can be tracked after 1-2 days.If no tracking information updated for a long time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will contact the shipping company for you. You may also contact the shipping company by yourself.
 
7.How long can i receive my package ?
Generally speaking, Expedited Shipping need 3-5 business days ,Standard Shipping  cost 6-8 business days  and Super Saver Shipping  spend 10-20 business days,more information  you can see in Shipping Method & Time
 
8. Can I order 1 item ?
We don’t have minimum order quantity. 
We accept the order for even one set product.
Meanwhile, we offer discounts for bulk wholesales.
The more you buy the more discounts you get.
 
9. Where can I pay the extra fee ?
you can log in www.paypal.com  And send money to our paypal ACCOUNT , Remind us to check your payment after you have paid.
We will try our best to ship it out asap.
 
10. What about shipping fee ?
the shipping fee differs from different shipping methods ,it depends on the item weight and the shipping company you choose.
 
11.How to deal  with your out of stock order ?
Since the range of  the products we sell are relatively extensive
so it is difficult  for us to make the inventory 100% accurate .
sometimes you will receive  the notification  for the out of stock items
during the process of preparing in your order though they are shown in stock on the website  when you ordered them .
we will email you to ask for your opinion ,you can choose to replace them or get refunded .
maybe this will result in some delay to the dispatch of your order .so please do check your mailbox more frequently to get the newest update of your order .
In a general way . we won't restock the out of stock items currently .
 
please pay attention to the below information if some out of stock items occur in your order
 
1.if you don't want to replace the out of stock items ,then both the shipping  fee and the item price will be refunded to you .
in that case your order will be shipped out without  the out of stock items very soon .
 
2.you can replace  the out of stock items by any items .Just tell us the item code of your replacement ,then we will replace for you .
If the replacement will make the total amount in your order changed because of the price difference between the out
of stock item and your replacement ,so maybe sometimes you need to pay more it
then please pay the price difference for your replacement as soon as possible .
 
3. For the refund of  the out of stock items ,as our common practice ,it will be refunded to
your account in TRENDYTAO  first ,the it can be deducted to pay your next order directly
it also can be refunded to your paypal account after your request to the paypal is received by us .
 
About the out of stock items which make the trouble to you ,we are so sorry ,just please do understand ,
but we will update the inventory more often to avoid it happen .
